Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn, tried on extensively, washed, or removed from sealed/original retail packaging may not be eligible for return unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
